Anxiety Checklist

Do you think your child may be struggling with worry and anxiety?

Identifying these emotions in children can be challenging for parents, and it can be difficult to distinguish between healthy levels of worry, and where there may be a cause for concern.

Download and print the FREE Anxiety Checklist - extracted from Dr John Irvine's support handbook, Helping Young Worriers Beat the WorryBug. Designed specifically to assist you in monitoring your child's complex and evolving emotions.

What to do:

Download and print your Anxiety Checklist.

Use the checklist to rate and keep track of your child’s anxiety level of a period of time. You may want to use a number system ranging from 1-10. The most frequent/serious characteristics would be rated higher, whereas rare/mild symptoms would be rated lower.
