We work with groups of up to 15-20 members per session and offer one-on-one coaching thereafter if required based on the outcomes of the group session. Angela boasts over five decades of experience in the corporate realm. She has held management positions in diverse sectors including banking, education, and major retail operations. Her extensive background has equipped her with the skills and knowledge necessary to meet business needs while remaining attuned to staff concerns, ensuring their safety, and effectively identifying and resolving issues that arise.
As a certified practitioner of HBDI, Angela is well-prepared to address the unique needs of employees, both individually and as a team, ultimately benefiting the organisation as a whole.
